Construction Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and organization of bid packages and proposals
- Maintain project files, contracts, and documentation
- Enter and track invoices, purchase orders, and job costs
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field staff
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general office correspondence
- Support scheduling of meetings, jobs, and subcontractors
- Assist with compliance documents, permits, and insurance tracking
- Utilize construction software (experience with DemandStar is a plus)
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (construction industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with construction bidding platforms (DemandStar, etc.) is a plus
