At Nexora, we are building a modern 3PL platform designed for fast-growing ecommerce and omnichannel brands. Our operational infrastructure, warehouse systems, carrier network, and fulfillment processes are already built and operational. Now we are looking for the right sales leader to help scale revenue and expand nationally.
We are hiring a Founding Head of Business Development to lead and own our growth strategy from the ground up.
This is an equity-heavy, commission-driven founding opportunity with no traditional base salary during the initial growth phase.
You will work directly alongside the founder to help build a scalable, nationally recognized fulfillment company.
What You’ll Do:
- Build outbound pipelines targeting ecommerce and omnichannel brands
- Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Structure custom 3PL pricing proposals and close fulfillment accounts
- Help build the future sales organization as the company scales
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in 3PL, freight, fulfillment, or logistics sales
- Strong understanding of fulfillment pricing and warehouse operations
- Comfortable with cold outreach and startup execution
- Existing ecommerce or supply chain relationships are a major plus
Compensation:
- 20%–30% performance-based equity structure
- High commission participation tied to account margins
