Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company looking for a Senior Staff Consultant, Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 7.5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, agile fundamentals, and Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Requirements

• 7.5+ years of experience
• Strong experience in requirements analysis, requirement elicitation
• Agile fundamentals and methodology, RFP, wireframe & prototype
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects
• Experience working with Salesforce configurations
• Change impact analysis and release/change management activities
• Salesforce data model, security model, and access control at a functional level
• Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts
• Business Analysis functions with good technical understanding
• Use case/story preparation, process flow diagram and relationship diagrams
• High-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle
• Effective communication with users, technical teams, and management
• Passionate about building great solutions
