BackEnd Developer (D365 Experienced)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Java, .NET (C#), or equivalent backend technologies in enterprise environments.
• Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions with a strong focus on technical implementation and coding.
• Build and maintain integrations between D365 and external systems using APIs, services, and middleware.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to convert business requirements into technical designs and backend implementations.
• Develop custom modules, components, and extensions following defined coding standards and best practices.
• Use common development tools, debugging techniques, and source control systems as prescribed by engineering standards.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to ensure solution quality and system stability.
• Participate in project meetings, technical reviews, and internal training activities.
• Report development progress and technical issues to Technical Lead and Line Manager.

Knowledge and Attributes

• At least 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with strong hands-on coding experience in Java, .NET (C#), or similar object-oriented backend languages.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization and coding (not only functional configuration).
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, system integration, and API-based communication.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale systems, ERP, or CRM platforms.
• Ability to read, understand, and implement technical design and specification documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based and project-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or exposure to AI-related development (AI services, automation, Copilot, machine learning, or data/AI integration) is a strong plus.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or the D365 technical ecosystem.
• Experience working in outsourced, global, or multicultural project environments.
• Good English communication skills for daily work and technical discussions.

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid working mode.
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00.
