As Global Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing international project portfolios. You are responsible for planning and organizing project reviews across regions, supporting regional project management, and ensuring transparent reporting through the global dashboard.
Your tasks
- Plan and organize A/B/C project reviews across multiple regions, ensuring consistent standards and quality.
- Actively participate in C project reviews from regional teams to provide expert guidance and oversight.
- Setting up a common project portfolio dashboard with major KPIs as well as conducting deep dives across critical projects.
- Maintain the Global Project Reporting Dashboard, ensuring up-to-date and accurate project information.
- Compile action points from Project Review Meetings and follow up to ensure timely implementation and adherence across regions.
- Prepare comprehensive KGF Reports for individual projects and the overall portfolio, supporting informed decision-making.
- Successfully completed technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or similar.
- PMP certification is desirable.
- At least 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Experience in people management is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and conflict management skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across cultures and regions.
- High level of initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel across the regions.
