Head of Social

We're looking for a Head of Social to define and lead our social strategy, shaping how millions of customers discover, engage with, and trust our brand. The role involves owning social strategy, building a high-velocity content engine, developing influencer partnerships, and driving community engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing within consumer tech, fintech, or high growth D2C or B2C brands
• Proven track record of building and scaling high performing social and content programs that drive measurable growth
• Deep understanding of platform dynamics, creator ecosystems, and what resonates in culture across major social channels
• Experience leading teams and building fast moving, high output content operations
• Strong cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence Brand, Growth, Product, and Compliance stakeholders
