Your tasks:
- Implementation of a holistic influencer marketing strategy for Italy
- Identification, selection, and management of influencers (Micro to Mega)
- Building and maintaining long-term influencer partnerships
- Planning, managing, and executing campaigns on the platforms Instagram, YouTube & TikTok
- Negotiation of terms, contract management, and budget control
- Briefing of influencers as well as quality assurance of content
- Analysis, monitoring, and reporting of campaign performance
- Close collaboration with Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing
- Completed studies in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the Italian market
- Very good understanding of social media trends, the creator economy, and platform algorithms
- Strong network of influencers or agencies is an advantage
- Business-fluent Italian (C2 or native speaker) and good English
- Analytical mindset paired with creativity and organizational talent
- Independent, structured, and proactive work style
