As a Account Manager at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will begin building your commercial career in diagnostics by supporting and developing customer relationships while learning how to successfully manage sales processes in a regulated healthcare environment.
This position is part of the Sales Department and covers the territory of South West Poland (Wroclaw, Opole, Zielona Góra, Poznań). The role is fully remote with travel within the assigned territory, and you will report to the Sales Manager, working closely with experienced sales, application, and service colleagues.

In This Role, You Will
- Support and develop relationships with existing customers, gradually taking ownership of accounts within the assigned territory
- Promote Beckman Coulter’s diagnostic solutions through regular customer visits, virtual meetings, and product discussions, with structured guidance and onboarding
- Identify new sales opportunities and assist in expanding the customer base, learning how to navigate clinical and laboratory environments
- Collaborate closely with application specialists, service engineers, and senior sales colleagues to ensure smooth customer experience and issue resolution
- Support tender processes, quotations, and sales reporting while learning how to manage longer-term, structured sales cycles in diagnostics
- Degree in life sciences (e.g. biotechnology, medical laboratory sciences, molecular biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or similar diagnostics-related field)
- Initial experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or laboratory/diagnostics environments (commercial exposure highly valued)
- Basic understanding of diagnostics or laboratory workflows, with strong interest in developing a sales career in healthcare
- High motivation to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in sales, combined with a proactive and reliable working style
- Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup while being part of a team
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and prospective clients (~60–80%)
