Sales Engineer / Account Manager (m/f/d) Southern Poland

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Engineer (from Wroclaw / Kraków / Katowice area) to join our Test & Measurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting Rohde & Schwarz Test and Measurement instruments, planning and executing sales activities within the southern region of Poland, booking of accounts and achieving your sales targets. You’ll also act as a trusted technical advisor, providing customers with product demonstrations and complete solutions tailored to their needs.

Your tasks

• Market development of R&S Test and Measurement products
• Planning and implementation of sales activities within the assigned region / book of accounts
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Involvement in and ownership of complete sales cycle

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor / master’s degree from a reputable university in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Radio Technology, RF & Microwave, or related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in RF / Test & Measurement / Telecommunications or Semi-conductor industries
• Familiarity with RF equipment is highly preferred (e.g. Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP will be an added advantage
• Customer focus, analytical skills, and sales orientation
• Strong communication, presentation, and business negotiations skills
• Great teamwork and working attitude
• Proficiency in English
• Polish citizenship is required
