Role Overview


We are seeking a relationship-driven and proactive professional to join us as an Account Manager. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to clients throughout their journey. In this role, you will build meaningful, long-term relationships by deeply understanding client goals and aligning solutions to support their success. You will play a key role in ensuring clients feel supported, represented, and guided while helping them maximize the value of their partnership. By collaborating with internal teams and maintaining strong communication, you will help drive retention, growth, and overall client satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys creating impactful client experiences.



Schedule:


Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)



Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:



  • Supporting staffers when necessary to maintain alignment with client expectations
  • Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion
  • Diagnosing client challenges and guiding them toward appropriate solutions
  • Acting as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams
  • Cultivating client referrals through strong relationship management
  • Identifying and driving account growth opportunities aligned with client goals
  • Driving client retention and account health by identifying risks and addressing concerns proactively
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships by establishing trust, credibility, and consistent communication
  • Contributing to company initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including notes, updates, risks, and opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Leading and participating in client meetings to ensure alignment and progress
  • Providing proactive support during onboarding and trial phases to ensure successful engagement
  • Conducting ongoing client check-ins to assess satisfaction and uncover evolving needs
  • Managing first-week follow-up processes with clients and staffers to ensure successful onboarding
  • Leading launch sessions with new clients to set expectations and align on goals



What We’re Looking For:


  • At least one year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • High level of professionalism and strong telephone communication etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Relationship building and trust development
  • Consultative thinking and strategic mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and align multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic account development and growth identification
  • Problem framing and solution navigation
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proactive approach with a strong ownership mindset
  • Business acumen and understanding of client operations
  • Patience, empathy, and a client-focused approach
  • Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
