OnePay is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to lead paid acquisition strategy and execution, driving scalable and efficient user growth while partnering with Marketing, Product, and Analytics leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition within consumer tech, fintech, or high growth B2C companies
- Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition programs while improving efficiency and unit economics
- Deep expertise across major paid channels including paid social, search, and emerging platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing CAC, LTV, attribution, and forecasting models
- Experience building and scaling creative testing frameworks and collaborating closely with Brand and Creative teams
