Job Description

• Acquire new customers and build and maintain strong relationships with them, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 2) Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitor activities, and contribute to product development. 3) Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. 4) Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and plans to meet individual and team targets. 5) Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to provide support, training, and guidance, ensuring alignment with company goals. 6) Reporting and Analysis: Help in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7) Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and administrative tasks as required. 8) Introduction of New Product: Employee should be sound in techno commercial to introduced new products. 9) Travelling: Must be ready for frequent outstation & local Business visit

Education Qualifications

• B.Sc/Chemistry

Behavioural Profile

• Experience in sales or a related role, with a proven track record of adding new accounts and retaining them successfully. 2) Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4) Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently. 5) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6) Able to make timely decisions and properly managing time and territory 7) Willing to travel frequently in the assigned territory also at short notice

Desired Skills

Minimum 7 years' experience in Paints, coatings, Inks & Construction chemical Industry
