Role/ Job Title : Product Manager - Acquisition

Job Purpose :

'The Product Manager – Acquisition will play a critical role in driving New-to-Bank (NTB) Savings Account acquisition by continuously identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across physical acquisition channels like branches. This role is about finding innovative, practical solutions (digital or otherwise) that improve channel productivity and accelerate acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities:

'o Analyze acquisition processes across channels to identify pain points and inefficiencies.

  • Design and implement hacks—digital tools, process tweaks, or operational shortcuts—that improve speed and reduce effort for frontline teams.
  • Continuously scan for gaps in acquisition funnels and propose actionable solutions.
  • Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks in lead conversion, onboarding, and activation.
  • Prioritize interventions based on impact and feasibility.
  • Work with product, channel, marketing, technology teams to create tools, processes or propositions to enhance channel productivity multi-fold.
  • Run pilots for new ideas and scale successful initiatives across geographies.
  • Maintain a pipeline of productivity hacks and continuously refresh based on feedback.
  • Create playbooks and quick-reference guides for hacks and process improvements.

Secondary Responsibilities :

'Benchmark best practices from banking/non-banking industries and adapt them for internal use.
