Vice President of Sales - Food Processing Equipment

About the Role

A growing company in the baking and food production technology space is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and expand its commercial organization. This role will drive revenue growth, develop the sales team, and strengthen relationships with customers across the commercial baking and food manufacturing market.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience leading sales teams within food production, industrial equipment, automation, or related manufacturing industries
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and scaling sales organizations
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience selling complex or technical solutions is a plus
