Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager & Estimator based in Pennsauken, NJ. The role involves managing industrial projects from inception to completion, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring project schedules and budgets. Responsibilities include cost estimation, overseeing logistics, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing fabrication and installation processes to ensure projects meet quality and timeline expectations. The individual will also collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively
• Experience with Inspection processes to ensure quality standards are met throughout projects
• Knowledge of Logistics Management for efficient coordination of project resources and schedules
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and project management platforms
• Background in industrial, mechanical, or metal fabrication fields is highly desirable
• Current US Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screen

Physical Requirements

• Ability to complete strenuous, physical tasks and lift over 40lbs
• Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders and comfortable with heights
• Must be comfortable accessing tight/confined spaces, entering mechanical equipment, ductwork, working above ceilings
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently
• Ability to work in varied environments that can involve dirt, odors, noise, and temperature extremes
