Requirements
- Drive architectural decisions for accessibility infrastructure
- Lead critical cross-team accessibility initiatives
- Design, develop, and deploy hands-on solutions for accessible experiences worldwide
- Mentor engineers and champion accessibility best practices
- Shape technical direction and influence product vision
- Engage senior stakeholders to align accessibility initiatives with business objectives
- Build tooling and documentation to empower teams to create accessible features
- Model initiative and ownership in resolving technical debt and scaling accessibility solutions
