About The Job

You won’t just be managing projects; you will be driving the future of enterprise AI delivery. You’ll be at the forefront of the “Third Way” of enterprise AI — combining open-source flexibility with enterprise-grade security. You will lead complex AI deployments on Lyzr, working across enterprise stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to turn fragmented processes into autonomous, intelligent workflows.

You will own end-to-end delivery of enterprise agentic AI engagements, ensuring successful execution from kickoff through production rollout while helping clients operationalize AI at scale.

What You’ll Do

Delivery Leadership: Lead complex enterprise AI deployments from kickoff through production, ensuring successful execution across timelines, scope, and client expectations.

Client Success: Work closely with enterprise stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing agentic AI delivery plans and workflows.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with AI engineers, solution architects, product teams, and leadership to drive alignment and execution across multiple workstreams.

Operational Excellence: Manage project governance, RAID logs, change requests, UAT readiness, hypercare, and delivery reporting across enterprise engagements.

AI Program Management: Help organizations operationalize AI by managing deployments involving multi-agent workflows, automation systems, and enterprise AI integrations.

What You Bring

Experience: 6+ years of professional project management experience in enterprise software, AI/ML, SaaS, or consulting-led delivery environments.

Enterprise Delivery: Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and fast-moving timelines.

Tools & Methodology: Strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Notion, and hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery models.

Executive Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage executive stakeholders and simplify technical discussions for business audiences.

Commercial Awareness: Comfortable managing scope, delivery risks, utilization, timelines, and change requests in enterprise engagements.

AI Fluency: Familiarity with AI platforms, LLM-based systems, intelligent automation, or the agentic AI landscape is highly preferred.

Location

Based in or willing to work in New York / New Jersey. This is an immediate, onsite/hybrid position.
