We are excited to hire our next Director of Sales to drive the sales function within our growing residential remodeling and new construction business. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with an award-winning firm as we continue to expand in the Greater Philadelphia area.


Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in progressive sales roles with the proven ability to mentor and grow a team. We are a second-generation family-owned business that values company culture and a quest for excellence in everything we do. We also appreciate a collaborative team player with a sense of humor.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company growth and revenue goals
  • Oversee the management, mentoring, and career development of the sales team of Design Build Consultants
  • Develop scalable processes and procedures within the sales function
  • Expand the sales team through effective hiring, onboarding and continued training
  • Partner with internal departments (design, estimating and production) to deliver the highest quality of product and legendary client experience
  • Contribute and advise at the leadership team level


What we are looking for:

  1. Driver of Sales & Strategy: Proven ability to lead, manage and hold others accountable. Coaching and mentoring skills are essential.
  2. Systemized and Scalable: Process oriented and savvy with systems and technology. Able to follow process and continuously improve efficiency. Poise the department for scalability to achieve future goals.
  3. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of prior sales achievement and estimating literacy. In-home sales experience and longer relationship sales cycle (network sales) preferred.
  4. Accountability & Trust: High level of professionalism and intuitive emotional intelligence with the ability to interact effectively both internally and externally.
  5. Business Development Mindset: Forward thinking with a business development and prospecting mindset. Adept at positioning the sales team in networking environments.
