We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Rehabilitation Technician to join our rehab team. The Rehab Tech will assist licensed therapists in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and interested in growing within the healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physical, occupational, and/or speech therapists during treatment sessions
• Help patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
• Transport patients safely to and from therapy sessions
• Observe and report patient progress or concerns to therapy staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rehab environment
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families

Qualifications

• CNA license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CPR/BLS certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience in a rehab, healthcare, or patient care setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
