This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Accountant based in the Greater Bend Area. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting clients with tax-related inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include managing tax preparation, analyzing financial statements, collaborating with clients on tax strategies, and providing expert accounting support to meet financial goals. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and team members.

• Experience in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax Planning
• Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements
• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or progress toward certification is highly desirable
• Proficiency in tax and accounting software tools
• Experience in client-facing roles and the ability to build strong professional relationships
