At our Prineville location, you’ll be part of a small, hardworking office where relationships, accuracy, and follow-through matter every single day.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our day-to-day operations. This is a part-time, in-office role for someone who can manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and keep things moving without constant supervision.

• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and service requests
• Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy updates
• Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
• Work with insurance carriers on billing, underwriting, and policy servicing
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support the team in keeping workflows organized and on track

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations
• High attention to detail (accuracy matters here)
• Solid problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

Bonus Points:

• Previous insurance experience
• Oregon Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
