Finance Manager
Leading Multi-Site Consumer Business
£65,,000 - £75,000 + bonus and great benefits
Central London offices hybrid 3/2 set up
Excellent opportunity to join a well known and leading consumer business. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this position is responsible for leading the management accounting function, combining hands-on delivery with oversight of outputs and processes. The focus is on strengthening the accuracy, consistency, and clarity of financial reporting, while improving processes and ensuring finance insight effectively supports senior decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end close and management reporting cycle
- Prepare and review financial information for senior stakeholders
- Provide oversight, coaching, and development to team members
- Contribute directly to reporting and analysis where required
- Strengthen processes, controls, and documentation
- Improve efficiency through better use of systems and tools
About You:
- Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
- Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and reporting quality
- Detail-oriented with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Confident managing and supporting others
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders
- Background in complex or multi-entity environments is beneficial
