📍 London (Hybrid) | 💰 £110,000 – £120,000 + bonus + long-term incentives

I’m currently leading a confidential search for a Chief Client Officer on behalf of a high-performing, independent media business in London.

This is a board-level leadership role and a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the client experience, commercial growth, and market positioning of an established agency with strong momentum.

The business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a senior leader who can build deep client partnerships, unlock revenue opportunities, and shape how the agency shows up at the highest level.

💡 Key focus areas:

• Acting as the most senior client-facing lead across a high-value portfolio
• Building and nurturing C-suite relationships
• Identifying and unlocking organic growth opportunities across accounts
• Partnering closely with senior leadership on new business and agency strategy
• Driving consistency and quality across client delivery and output
• Elevating the agency’s market presence, proposition, and materials

🎯 What they’re looking for:

• Senior agency leadership experience (Client Services / Business Director / Managing Partner level+) OR
• Brand-side marketing leader (CMO / Marketing Director level)
• Proven ability to operate at board and C-suite level
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing client relationships
• Experience across ATL and Digital / full-funnel media
• A natural leader who can inspire teams and drive high performance
