Junior Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist (Junior) to support the execution and growth of our social practice across a portfolio of lifestyle and brand clients. This role is highly hands-on, blending content creation, account coordination, and strategic support. You’ll own smaller accounts end-to-end while contributing to larger campaigns alongside senior team members.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy Support
- Support the development of social media strategies, including content pillars, brand voice, and platform approach
- Contribute to pitch decks and new business proposals with research, trend insights, and creative ideas
- Bring forward culturally relevant ideas for moment marketing and reactive content opportunities
Influencer & Creator Coordination
- Assist with influencer outreach, vetting, and coordination
- Support campaign execution including timelines, deliverables, and content approvals
- Help manage contracts, usage tracking, and basic budgeting/logistics
Content Execution & Creation
- Execute day-to-day content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including scheduling and publishing
- Write captions, posting notes, and adapt copy to brand voice
- Create and edit content as needed (short-form video, UGC-style assets, light design work) using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe
- Support on content shoots and capture (including occasional evenings/weekends)
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal creative, design, and copy teams to bring content to life
- Support asset coordination and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Platform & Account Management
- Manage daily social activity across assigned accounts, including publishing, monitoring, and basic optimizations
- Own smaller clients independently, with oversight from senior team members
Trend & Culture Monitoring
- Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural moments
- Proactively bring ideas that push brands to show up in relevant, engaging ways
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics and compile reports
- Pull key insights and recommendations to inform future content
Client Communication & Project Management
- Support client communications, including status updates, feedback, and approvals
- Help manage timelines across multiple accounts and ensure smooth delivery
Community Management
- Support day-to-day engagement across brand channels (comments, DMs, interactions)
- Flag opportunities and risks, escalating when needed
- Contribute to building active, engaged communities
You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Comfortable creating content (especially short-form video) and writing copy
- In tune with social trends, platforms, and internet culture
- Eager to grow into a more strategic, client-facing role
