Summary Of Duties
This position is responsible for complex, advanced project management and the management of a team
of Project Managers / Engineers.
Essential Functions Performed
- Leads, coordinates and develops a team of Project Managers / Engineers.
- Leads and monitors the multidisciplinary project team assigned to project(s).
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of project & program management principles.
- Manages a portfolio of projects through the support of various project leads and assists and develops delivery schedule improvement opportunities.
- Develops a prioritisation matrix ensuing the right projects at the right time are being executed.
- Facilitate decision making within the Project Management team under tight deadlines.
- Assists with the definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Ensures resource availability and allocation.
- Develops a detailed project / program plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manages and reports changes to project scope, schedule and costs to stakeholders.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and resources
- Manages relations with clients and stakeholders.
- Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
- Performs other duties and tasks as required.

- Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field.
- Seven years of technical project management experience.
- Ability to train others on processes, systems and equipment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with others effectively to analyze problems and implement solutions.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Demonstrated computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
- Oracle ERP system.
- Knowledge of MDR requirements
