Community Outreach Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Specialist to enhance their community engagement efforts and support brand growth. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to foster a positive brand image and facilitate meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community outreach programs and strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Identify and build relationships with key community partners, organizations, and influencers.
• Organize and attend community events, workshops, and meetings to engage target audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content and materials for outreach initiatives.
• Monitor and report on outreach activities, community feedback, and engagement metrics.
• Represent the company positively in various community forums and events.
• Stay informed on community trends, opportunities, and challenges related to the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or related roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital outreach tools is a plus.
