Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Presales Engineer based in Metro Cebu, with a combination of on-site and remote work. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and presales support, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and offering suitable solutions. Core tasks will include product demonstrations, technical consultations, solution integration, and assisting the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations. The role also involves ensuring client satisfaction by addressing technical requirements and recommending advanced security and communication systems.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Technical Support and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Presales and Sales activities, including client consultations and proposal preparation
- Knowledge in System Integration and configuration of communication systems
- Understanding of Security systems and related technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams
- Proven experience or certification in relevant IT or engineering fields is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup based in Metro Cebu
