Position: Floral Designer

Location: Jackson, NJ

Schedule: Full-time

Compensation: $17 - $24

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Floral Designer to create floral arrangements. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive beautifully crafted pieces and an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create elegant, high-end floral arrangements with a strong sense of color and shape
• Organize and restock inventory and warehouse materials
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace
• Prepare orders for shipment following established guidelines
• Handle products and materials with attention to detail and quality
• Support the team with daily tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience with creating floral arrangements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work neatly and efficiently
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
