HCLTech is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join an innovation team focused on advancing software development through Generative AI and modern technologies.

Role Overview You will build prototypes and production‑ready solutions using modern frameworks, graph databases, and GenAI (LLM/RAG) concepts to improve how software is designed, built, and delivered.

Required Skills

• Python
• Neo4j / Cypher (Graph DB)
• TypeScript, Node.js, Angular
• Java and/or .NET
• SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• LLM / RAG experience
• Agile development, CI/CD, cloud platforms

Nice to Have

• COBOL or mainframe exposure
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

What You Bring

• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Ability to work across multiple languages and technologies
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment
• Strong communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML and data science roles.
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI models ,apps and solutions.

Pay Range Minimum: $108,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $168,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
