Education and Experience:
Accepted: Associate degree, and experience in participating in the execution of departmental support in fast paced environment.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, and experience in participating in the execution of departmental support in fast paced environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsive to incoming helpdesk tickets and assigns them to staff best qualified to assist. Knowledge of S2 Security and badging system. Maintain the agenda for weekly Technology Solutions teams meetings and supports project tracking charts. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work with diverse populations. Sustained exceptional performance, innovation, creativity, insight, and good judgment are daily requirements. Experience working with Latino community. Knowledge of the Latino migrant farm-worker culture and lifestyle. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Working Conditions: Typical office environment. Infrequent travel in and/or out of state. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
Essential Functions
- Maintain a list of supplies requests and assist with the order and deployment of resources.
- Manage current inventory and maintain stock
- Manage user accounts and groups, and maintain communication with staff
- Manage teams phone system
- Schedule vendor services requests.
- Be the point person for badging and access/identity management in the organization
- Develop weekly meeting agendas based on helpdesk requests and input from staff.
- Gather quotes and create purchase requests for department and organization purchases.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
