Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for mechanical and electrical materials and services
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to understand procurement needs and specifications
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers
- Proven experience as a Senior Buyer or Procurement Specialist in the mechanical and electrical (M&E) sector
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical products and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields are preferred
