Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Professional. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying prospective clients, understanding their roofing needs, and presenting tailored solutions. You will handle client inquiries, provide accurate estimates, guide clients through the sales process, and collaborate with the operations team for timely project execution. The role requires meeting set sales targets and actively contributing to business growth through innovative and customer-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or similar industries
• Ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn digital tools for sales management
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a remote setting
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit local clients, if required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or business is an advantage
