Frontline Cast Member

Spring is here, and we’re getting ready for another season of unforgettable nights at the Getty Drive-In. Now hiring for multiple positions, including Box Office, Concessions, and Frontline/Usher roles.

The best part of working at the Getty? Our incredible Frontline Cast Members. They’re at the heart of everything we do and just as essential as popcorn is to a movie.

The Getty welcomes guests from April/May through October, seven days a week. Shifts typically begin around 7:00 PM and run through the final show of our double features, usually ending between midnight and 2:00 AM.

You’ll be part of a friendly, welcoming culture built on our core values of Service, Trust, Empathy, Courage, and Playfulness. Beyond the fun, you’ll gain real experience in teamwork, leadership, and customer service—skills that carry far beyond the drive-in. And yes, you’ll probably make some great friends along the way.

And one more thing—free movies? Absolutely.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working at our box office and/or cashier station
• Assisting guests in purchasing tickets, food, and beverages
• Preparing guests food and beverages
• Delivering food and beverage to guests' cars
• Directing guests to the correct screen
• Assist in maintaining a clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to be on your feet and active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs, and use basic cleaning equipment
• A team player who’s willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers!
• Must love people, food, and movies
