Our client is building a high-growth Wealth & Asset Management consulting capability and is seeking a senior Director to help shape and scale the practice across Ireland and EMEIA.
You will lead complex digital and operating model transformations for wealth and asset managers, advise on asset servicing and target operating models, and drive market-facing growth through client delivery, origination, and account development. Working alongside the firm's Financial Services and People Consulting teams, you’ll bring deep sector expertise to integrated, high-impact client solutions.

- Large-scale digital transformation in wealth and fund management
- Asset servicing and operating model design
- Client origination, proposals, and relationship leadership
- Risk and regulatory change, cost transformation, and efficiency
- Product strategy, innovation, and operating model optimisation
About You
- Director-level professional with 12+ years’ consulting and industry experience in wealth and/or funds/asset management
- Proven commercial track record and senior client relationship builder
- Technically credible, people-led leader with strong delivery capabilities
- Comfortable operating strategically while engaging at detail level
- Experienced in complex, matrix environments with strong stakeholder communication skills
