Role Responsibilities

• Convert legacy documents into polished Microsoft Word files
• Recreate complex layouts, tables, references, and inline objects with high accuracy
• Apply consistent styles, templates, and section formatting
• Refine and improve document clarity, structure, and presentation quality
• Maintain high document fidelity and formatting precision across deliverables

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles, templates, sections, tables, references, and track changes
• Strong professional writing and document formatting skills
• Strong attention to detail and written English proficiency
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks on a flexible schedule
• Reliable and self-directed approach to project work
