Manager, Digital Content & Marketing
We’re partnering with a growing organization looking for a creative and strategic Manager, Digital Content & Marketing to lead brand and content initiatives during an exciting period of growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a cohesive brand presence across digital, print, and physical environments. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring a unified vision to life and create impactful marketing experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Translate brand strategy into scalable, cohesive design systems
- Create and oversee a wide range of assets across digital, print, and environmental branding
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align creative direction with business goals
- Develop and maintain brand standards, templates, and workflows
- Manage external vendors including photographers, videographers, and agencies
- Lead creative brainstorming and contribute to campaign strategy
- Stay on top of design and digital marketing trends, bringing new ideas forward
- Support initiatives across multiple locations (some travel required)
What they’re looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in branding, marketing, and content creation
- Strong design background with experience across digital and physical assets (signage, print, etc.)
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
