Position Overview: Dynamic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Punta Gorda, FL. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts while providing proactive and responsive service to clients. From handling renewals and processing changes to addressing client inquiries and coverage needs, you will play a key role in ensuring clients are properly protected and supported.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located in Punta Gorda, FL.

Professional Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from existing clients while delivering exceptional customer service
• Review accounts for available discounts and make personalized coverage recommendations
• Re-evaluate coverage limits to ensure clients remain properly insured
• Requote/remarket personal lines products as needed or requested
• Provide support to sales agents and collaborate with team members

Qualifications And Requirements

• Experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance (home, auto, umbrella, specialty lines)
• Active Florida Property & Casualty insurance license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and peer relationships
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus, but not required
