The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. We are a leading marketing agency dedicated to helping our clients achieve remarkable growth, and we need an expert to focus on optimizing conversion funnels for our e-commerce clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and a proven track record of using data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth audits of client Shopify stores, analyzing user behavior, and identifying friction points in the customer journey.

  • Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies and testing plans to improve conversion rates, average order value, and overall site engagement.

  • Utilize and implement Shopify apps and other third-party tools to enhance store functionality and user experience.

  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on key pages (e.g., product pages, checkout flows, landing pages) to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.

  • Create and implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies on e-commerce sites.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with our marketing, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and high-performing digital experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in conversion rate optimization and the Shopify ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience as a CRO Specialist, specifically with a focus on Shopify and e- commerce platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps (ex: microsoft clarity), and session recordings to derive actionable insights.

  • Experience in implementing and optimizing Shopify apps for conversion purposes.

  • In-depth knowledge of upselling, cross-selling, and other psychological principles of e- commerce.

  • A solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

  • Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or others).

  • Familiarity with and understanding of AI-powered tools for data analysis, A/B testing, and personalized customer experiences.

Schedule:

This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours per week) with a work schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (time zone to be specified, e.g., PST/EST).
