Traveling Electrical Superintendent

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination skills, and the ability to successfully manage projects of varying size while working closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades.
Travel is required. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Supervise and manage crews of 10–15+ employees
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial new construction and/or remodel projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Proficient with project management software, electronics, and reporting tools
- Coordinate layout and installation for underground, overhead, wall rough, and related systems
- Work directly with utility companies and service providers
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and procedures
- Maintain project schedule and budget in coordination with the Project Manager
- Submit daily reports and weekly timesheets
- Operate equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.
- Available for night and weekend work as project demands
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug test
