  • Projektsteuerung unserer IT‑Projekte im Berich Leasing und Banken inkl. Planung, Durchführung, Monitoring und Abschluss
  • Koordination des gesamten Projektzyklus: Kick-off, Konzeption, Realisierung, Qualitätssicherung, Testing, GoLive
  • Anforderungsmanagement: Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Begleitung der Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Projektübergreifende Termin- und Meilensteinplanung sowie Steuerung von Arbeitspaketen
  • Reporting an Kunden und Stakeholder
  • Organisation der Spezifikations- und Testphasen, inkl. UAT- und SIT-Begleitung
  • Monitoring von Bugfixing-Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung & QA
  • Steuerung von Software-Releases und GoLive-Planungen
  • Abnahme, Dokumentation und internes Reporting der Projektergebnisse
