Finatal is working with a globally respected private equity platform looking to hire an Associate / Senior Associate into the Investor Relations team. This is an opportunity to take on high-impact responsibility within a high-performing and internationally recognised firm.

Please note this role is for native/fluent German speakers.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the preparation of investor presentation materials and fundraising documentation
• Assisting with quarterly reporting and investor communications
• Attending investor calls and meetings alongside senior members of the team
• Supporting analytical and information requests from existing and prospective investors
• Conducting market and industry research for senior management
• Maintaining CRM systems and investor reporting processes
• Assisting with the preparation of Annual Meeting materials and broader investor events

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience within Investor Relations or private markets/ asset management fundraising
• German speaker required
• Based in Munich or Zurich, or open to relocation to one of those locations
• Strong academic track record
• Excellent quantitative, qualitative, and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate effectively within a team environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently deliver to a high standard
