Sales Team Member - OE (4 Wheeler)

Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow OEM business by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Handle end-to-end coordination with OEM clients for enquiries, quotations, order execution, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business performance analysis to support management reviews.
- Identify new product development and business expansion opportunities within the OEM segment.
- Coordinate cost reduction and value engineering initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Conduct market intelligence activities including competitor tracking, pricing analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely order execution, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, planning, supply chain, quality, and finance for smooth business operations.
- Support achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and customer retention objectives.
Experience & Qualifications:
Engineer/MBA with experience in 4W OEM/OE sales or key account management.
Industry Preference : Automobile
