Based in our Austin, Texas office, this is a Full-time position for a professional who is passionate about building innovative products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the success of our marketing solutions and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving them. This is an excellent opportunity to combine creative strategies with data-driven insights to deliver impactful solutions for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and ensure product-market fit.
  • Gather, manage, and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the successful development and launch of new products and features.
  • Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to guide future product enhancements.
  • Act as the key product evangelist and subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a product management role, preferably within the marketing technology or B2B software industry.
  • A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from conception to launch.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in making data-driven decisions to drive product strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
