Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain vendor pricing, product costs, and internal price structures
- Support purchasing activities, including PO preparation, supplier coordination, and order tracking
- Develop and maintain market forecasts based on sales trends, demand signals, and inventory data
- Support upstream marketing activities, including market research and competitive analysis
- Analyze product performance and support product portfolio optimization
- Maintain product portfolio documentation, including SKU structure, specifications, and category mapping
- Support early-stage evaluation of new products, suppliers, and sourcing opportunities
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams on shipment timelines and supply planning
- Prepare internal reports and analysis for cross-functional planning and review meetings
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical device or clinical industry
- Master’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field)
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Strong analytical and data-management skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience preferred
- Understanding of medical device products, clinical workflows, or healthcare supply chains
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Accuracy and consistency of pricing and product data
- Timely and reliable purchasing and supplier coordination
- Quality and usefulness of market forecasts and analytical reports
- Effective support of product portfolio planning and upstream marketing initiatives
- Clear communication and collaboration with global teams
