• Pressure Equipment & Plant Engineering: Inspection, testing, and certification services focusing on pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and piping systems.
• Elevators & Conveyor Technology: Inspection, testing, and certification services for elevators, conveyor belts, escalators, cranes, and machinery.
• Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Industrial Inspection & Material Testing: Comprehensive inspection and testing services for industrial facilities and their materials.
• Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
• Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.

Job Description

• Clarifies the order with the customer regarding the scope and type of measurements required.
• Prepares and schedules the assessment activities.
• Organizes the necessary test equipment and coordinates additional resources if necessary.
• Coordinates of laboratory tests.
• Ensures communication with the customer.
• Carries out on-site Assessment in buildings and facilities for pollutants and microbiological contamination.
• Evaluates the data and communicates results to customers.
• Creates court reports as well as reports in the case of particularly costly and complex examinations.
• Approves the service provided for the commercial service department.
• And other duties as assigned.

Work Experience

• Knowledge of pollutants and / or microbiological pollution and / or hygiene issues in real estate and facilities.
• At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
