Event & Outside Sales Representative (Part-Time)

FlorVino is a Texas Hill Country winery creating wines made entirely from flowers — for a smoother, more aromatic and refined drinking experience.

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing team members in the Midland-Odessa area to represent FlorVino at events, tastings, pop-ups, and partner locations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, hospitality, events, networking, or building a brand from the ground up.

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, confident, and proactive personality

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling products

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to carry wine cases (37 lbs)

• Reliable transportation required (SUV or truck preferred)

🧾 Responsibilities:

• Setting up and running tasting events

• Conducting wine tastings and educating customers

• Selling bottles directly to customers

• Representing the FlorVino brand professionally

• Assisting with Midland-Odessa-area events, festivals, and activations

💰 Compensation:

• Starts at $18/hour + tips

• Bonus structures can bring pay up to $55/hour+
