Are you a strategic marketer with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for driving growth in global markets? We’re looking for a Global Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our plasticizers and specialty additives portfolio, partnering closely with Sales, Application Technology, and customers worldwide.
This is a partially remote role offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with global teams and customers.
What You’ll Do:
Global Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies that strengthen product positioning, deepen customer intimacy, and drive sustainable market development.
- Build a deep understanding of target markets, applications, and key success factors.
Pricing & Profitability
- Apply and continuously refine data-driven pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
- Leverage existing tools to ensure margin targets are achieved across product lines.
Portfolio & Market Analysis
- Manage product portfolio strategy and conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Identify growth opportunities and enable customer-driven innovation in collaboration with Sales and Application Technology.
Contract Management & Negotiations
- Oversee contract creation and administration.
- Support Sales in customer negotiations to ensure commercially sound and profitable agreements.
Market Presence & Customer Engagement
- Participate in customer visits, trade shows, industry associations, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and internal and external stakeholders.
Forecasting & Business Planning
- Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts to support accurate business planning and decision-making.
What You Bring:
- MBA or degree in Chemistry (preferred)
- Experience with Bromine (preferred)
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in global or multinational organizations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Deep understanding of financial KPIs, marketing strategy, and pricing methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
