We are seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Account Executive to drive new business acquisition for our Austin office. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, cold outreach, relationship development, and closing new business opportunities with companies seeking top talent solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person meetings
  • Identify hiring needs and workforce challenges within target companies
  • Build relationships with decision-makers including executives, HR leaders, office managers, and hiring managers
  • Conduct client presentations and position the firm’s recruiting services
  • Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Negotiate service agreements and close new business partnerships
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Attend networking events, industry functions, and business development meetings
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales metrics and revenue goals


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of outside sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales experience preferred
  • Proven success in new business development and prospecting
  • Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
