- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate fit
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Manage candidate communication and recruiting workflows
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
- Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to track recruiting activity and pipeline progress
- Help improve recruiting processes, outreach strategies, and candidate experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, hospitality, staffing, or business development
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation
- Experience using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, CRMs, or sourcing tools is a plus
- Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
