Complete Jantex is seeking a talented B2B Business Developer to join our team!
In this role, you will play a critical role in expanding Complete Jantex’s market presence and strengthening our client base across multiple industries. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strategic relationships with decision-makers across a wide range of businesses—including hotels, resorts, spas, offices, healthcare facilities, commercial properties, and other organizations—while proactively building a strong sales and referral pipeline through cold outreach and relationship development.
This role is instrumental in increasing Complete Jantex’s visibility, strengthening client partnerships, and driving revenue growth through new business development. You will focus on generating new opportunities, converting prospects into long-term clients, and positioning Complete Jantex as a preferred provider of high-quality textiles and janitorial solutions.
This position requires a highly motivated, eager, and sales-driven professional who excels in relationship building, is comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting, and can effectively communicate the value of Complete Jantex’s eco-friendly, durable, and customizable products. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional who thrives in a B2B sales environment and demonstrates the ability to independently build a strong pipeline and close business.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Developer is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, relationship development, and consistent sales activity. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline, closing new business, and expanding Complete Jantex’s footprint across multiple industries.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries, including hospitality, corporate, healthcare, and commercial sectors
- Conduct high-volume cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting to generate qualified leads
- Create and manage a consistent sales and referral pipeline
- Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients
- Present and promote Complete Jantex’s product offerings, including textiles, janitorial supplies, customization capabilities, and sustainability benefits
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored product solutions aligned with their operational requirements
- Negotiate pricing, close sales, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and provide regular performance updates to leadership
Job Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not required)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business
- Strong experience with cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline development
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-directed, highly motivated, eager, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage sales metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales tracking tools
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
